Tasks:

• Guided tour, coaching and active support and development of employees
• Responsibility and implementation of the digitalization process within the branches
• Planning, implementation and control of sales initiatives and events in the branch, taking into account marketing priorities
• Representation of the branch externally and internally for all occasions relating to the retail business
• Own responsible, result-oriented control and sales development of the branch
• Service control for all target groups in the branch
• New customer acquisition via systematic market processing and increase of market shares in the PK business by expanding and developing customer potentials
• Comprehensive support and advice of directly assigned private customers (using financial strategy and financial concepts)
• Customer support in new digital process worlds
• Intensification of consulting processes for the P1 and P2 customer segments

Profile:

• Bank business training with further qualification (e.g. bank business economist /-in)
• Leadership experience and extensive experience in team management and agile working methods, multi-year experience in sales
• Positive impact and outstanding enthusiasm
• High innovation capability and strong digital competence
• Selling skills as well as pleasure in sales and active sales
