We are looking for Pro Funk GmbH at the Bonn site on 1st. April 2026 or, at the earliest possible date, a cook* cook (w/m/d) terminated until 31 December 2030. The DW Casino is operated by Pro Funk GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Welle.

Your duties

Food preparation support for around 1,200 guests daily Working on various items in the kitchen (e.g. Gardemanger, Entremetier, Saucier, Patisserie) Issue of daily meals and special events (e.g. banquets) creative cooking in a large, diverse team professional and hygienic handling and preparation of almost exclusively fresh food (fresh regional ingredients, no convenience food) responsible for hygiene and quality in the kitchen area Food inspections on quality and storage

This will bring you

completed training as cookKöchin Professional experience as cookKöchin and experience in banquets (special events) Organisational capacity and structured work on various items in the kitchen excellent handling, a well-kept exterior and hygiene in the kitchen good sense of taste high performance, customer and service orientation, creativity and passion for gastronomy; high durability under time pressure and stress intercultural and social competence and joy in working in interdisciplinary and diverse teams good knowledge of German and English (min. level B1)
