Conception and implementation of product developments and product transfers including feasibility analyses, risk analyses, sampling and costing of production costs, as well as obtaining the necessary authorisations and releases Acquisition of coordination and reporting for assigned projects, monitoring compliance with cost, time and quality objectives in coordination with the supervisor Cooperation with sales, purchasing, quality management, production, supply chain management, production process development, testing laboratories and external certification companies as well as customers and suppliers Manage the product portfolio of the assigned product range with regard to product mix and result and contact person in quality issues Creating product presentations and product training (e.g. for sales) as well as supporting product marketing (e.g. internet presence, trade fairs) Technical contact and representative for customers and OEMs for the assigned product area Support for sales in request processing Support in supplier qualification and preselection by economic and qualitative aspects Participation in the development of new production processes, in particular for product developments in the assigned sector

Successfully completed studies of engineering or comparable training Experience in product development, ideally in the automotive and cable industries Customer and market orientation Structured and independent working and enforcement Very good English skills in word and writing Good IT skills (MS Office) and SAP experience desirable Communication strength as well as cooperation and team capacity readiness to travel (national/international)
