With your analytical understanding and your sense of forward-looking strategies, you are part of our consulting team to support energy suppliers, municipal works and network operators across Germany in the areas of strategy development, transformation management and process optimization. Independent management and control of projects: You take responsibility for strategy and transformation projects with our customers. Consulting our customers: You support our customers in the development of effective business strategies (business and business strategies) as well as in the integration into operational everyday life. Company assessment and analysis: You are creating independent business cases to evaluate companies and conduct business and market analyses. Methodological advice and efficiency enhancement: You enable our customers to improve the efficiency of their business processes sustainably. Professional leadership: You take over the technical management of consultant teams in projects and ensure successful cooperation.

Completed study: Preferably with economic or technical background or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience: As a senior consultant, you will bring several years of professional experience in the project or consulting business as well as methodological knowledge in the design, development and implementation of strategies and transformation processes. Nice to have: Experiences in the energy sector or in the local context – a strong interest in the topics should be brought in any case. Consultant Personality: Communication strength, customer orientation, presentation skills and a safe occurrence are of course for you and help you and us in the projects.
