As Agile Coach, you can support teams and executives on the way to new processes and the associated mindset. You also have a look at the design of the structures. You are coach & Sparring partners at eye level for teams, executives and role owners. You promote self-organization with curiosity and patience and create free spaces for reflection. You promote clarity in thought and action. The further development of the organizational structures together with the business units is also one of your tasks. Together with the leadership team and your Agile Coach colleagues, you are shaping the agile transformation of the company. To do this, you will design and accompany corresponding formats for retrospectives and exchange of experiences. The common goal of the learning organization is to tackle current challenges and create real customer benefits.

Competence and extensive experience as agile coach and Scrum Master Know-how and multiannual experience in the development and establishment of agile organisational forms Deep knowledge of relevant methods such as Scrum and SAFe and experience in practical introduction Cooperative working in the sense of shared leadership Self-understanding as a team player, mentor, coach, methodological maker and designer
