Our client is Libri Plureos – the print-on-demand unit of the Libri Group, where industrial manufacturing meets logistics and IT complexity: three companies, four locations, various IT systems and one goal – every book on the way to the customer overnight. For its strategic development, our client creates this position. It is equipped with large design playroom and directly connected to the management. Understanding Causes, Making Patterns and Pain Points Visible: End-to-End Analyses From Order to Delivery: Where are Delays? What are the disruptions in the process? Verify with disciplines, build mutual understanding, derive causes, formulate measures. Coordinate special cases: Purify complex orders and off-SLA cases – without losing the structural focus. Structure and implement improvements: Develop and implement solutions, use methods (Lean/KVP/Six Sigma/Kaizen) pragmatically as tools – not dogmatic and not as a self-interest. Prioritize effectiveness and sustainable impact. Establish monitoring (Build & Run): Build and operate cross-system KPI (SLA performance, throughput times, clearing backlog) – Transparency instead of fire brigade. Conduct interfaces: bring IT, production, logistics, sales to a table, moderate priorities and focus on overall performance. Modernize process documentation: resolving knowledge islands, maintaining process standards, ensuring “lived” documentation.

Complete technical or scientific studies or comparable training (e.g. logistics management, BWL, economic engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics) Seniority in process improvement/operational excellence (logistics, wholesale, but also industry such as automotive, packaging, printing and other series production) Practice crucial, Certificates welcome, Lean Management, Green/Yellow Belt helpful Secure in stakeholder management – diplomatic, binding, stable Experience in handling ERP/BI data and large amounts of data – you translate figures into decisions Bad Hersfeld as main site, moderate readiness to travel (Hamburg)
