The Mercedes-Benz Operations Powertrain (MO/P) includes the production of high-quality and forward-looking drive systems. In addition to engines, gearboxes and axles, the batteries and electric drivetrains for all Mercedes-Benz cars are also produced worldwide. Our team of mid-use planning and control has the controlling-side responsibility for all Drive Systems medium-use volumes of Mercedes-Benz production. We control the planning and achievement of the business partner. These challenges include: In cooperation with the mid-use controllers and project and factory controllers, cooperation with the various mid-use determination processes of the production planning units (battery, electric drivetrain, axles, motors and gears) Working with the creation of digitized and automated reporting solutions Participation in the creation and execution of various medium-use and project management processes, e.g. the Mercedes-Benz Business Plan Powertrain, strategic mid-use planning and mid-use decision documents, investment applications with the corresponding project templates, project certificates and cost-effectiveness statements Cooperation in the preparation of strategic management reports and corresponding communication documents The activity can begin from March 2026.

Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Interest in digitization issues Interest in technical and commercial relations desirable Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
