You support the Key Account Manager in administrative and communicative tasks as part of the support of our Benefit customers You independently talk to potential customers on the basis of predetermined contact lists with the aim of informing them about our product portfolio and terminating qualified sales talks (outbound telephony) You conduct online information events for employees of our Benefit customers You support the Key Account Manager in day-to-day business with regard to communication with partners such as reclaiming invoices and contract acceptances You coordinate all partner enquiries with internal specialist departments such as conversions, contract changes, payment methods, contact person exchanges You support the Key Account Manager in maintaining after-sales contacts You care and update data in CRM and ERP systems You prepare sales and marketing campaigns and take over post-processing You create statistics for the Key Account Manager and the sales management, such as sales and sales figures, insurance cases
