Scope Manager / Proposal Manager (m/f/d)

You carry out inspections to determine the needs of repair projects on board submarines and coordinate them. You will start offerings for service and repair projects. You develop offer and contract specifications as well as the corresponding set of submarine repair projects. You technically evaluate customer requests and derive the necessary measures. You work closely with the departments to match the project data. You are reviewing supplier offers and discussing technical and commercial issues with suppliers (m/w/d). You are the technical contact person (m/w/d) for the customer and are responsible for clear communication.

You have already gained experience as a construction site manager (m/w/d) or at least three years in construction and/or production at Kiel location. You have interdisciplinary basic knowledge of systems on board submarines and a good understanding of Systems Engineering. You can safely control the MS‐Office programs and the SAP‐CS module and apply them independently and structuredly. You have very good oral and written expressiveness in German and English. You have a strong sense of cost, you trade independently, flexibly and responsibly. You convince by discretion, contact and communication strength as well as organizational talent and enforcement ability. You work team-ready, reliable and are ready to travel nationally and internationally.
