Successfully completed real estate vocational training or studies e.g. as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) First experience in the care of housing owners communities Joy of service-oriented handling of owners and tenants First experience with housing software and MS Office knowledge reliability, commitment, team orientation and the ability to Editing tasks independently Safe and professional appearance, communication joy and customer and service-oriented thinking Class B driving licence
