Scientific Coordinator of the Graduate School HITEC in the field of Energy and Climate Research (m/f/d)

You support the existing management of the HITEC Graduate School in the following tasks: Planning and further development of the curriculum of the HITEC Graduate School Organisation and implementation of professional events within the HITEC programme Support for doctoral students Accompanying the annual tendering and selection procedure for HITEC Fellowships Active participation and design in the in- and external bodies and working groups of HITEC Evaluation of the output of HITEC and preparation of the relevant reports Maintenance of relations with former members (alumni work)

Academic degree (Master) with direct reference to energy or climate research or related fields, preferably with doctorate Good knowledge of important developments in energy and climate research Knowledge of science or study course management Experience in the development of target group-oriented event formats High level of initiative and the ability to act effectively in a team and work together on goals Openness for new approaches and the willingness to continuously search for improved solutions Very good written and oral communication skills as well as negotiation security both in German and English (min. C1 level lt.
