Office Management in a technical environment - limited to 1 year (m/f/d)

As an employee (m/w/d) in the company office for the Innovation & Application area, you ensure that the administrative and organizational processes of the department work smoothly. You process orders and invoices, coordinate deliveries and take care of shipping and warehouse management of research patterns. In addition, coordinate the interfaces with external service providers to ensure a smooth running of all these processes. In addition, you take over the hour management in the ERP system and support the project management. You take care of the equipment and infrastructure of the department. You support the security and environmental management department, take over tasks as security officers. You thus contribute significantly to the fact that the complete area of Innovation & Application can work efficiently and processes are always optimized.

Complete commercial training in foreign trade, logistics or purchasing, in the chemical environment, or a chemical-related training with relevant experience in administrative areas such as administration, logistics or office organization. A reference to chemistry is essential. Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as safe handling of MS Office applications. Embossed organisational skills, high accuracy and self-responsibility. Teamability, strong communication skills and strong service orientation. Knowledge of chemical substances and safety and environmental management. Flowing German knowledge and good English skills. .
