In the course of the further development of the portfolio, the technical project management is strengthened. A technically versed personality, which evaluates existing state and inventory data in a sound manner, derives concrete recommendations for action from it and controls its implementation as project managers. In doing so, you combine technical know-how with economic understanding and create resilient building-technical foundations for entrepreneurial decisions.

Evaluation and technical evaluation of existing inventory and state data as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action and investment Development and prioritization of measures for the technical development and further development of the real estate stock Creation and evaluation of measures, feasibility and economic considerations as a basis for decision Transfer of selected measures to concrete projects and control the implementation Coordination and control of architects, specialist planners, engineers and executive companies on the client side Current project and budget controlling Further development of standards and processes for technical inventory development taking into account ESG and energy requirements

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering, real estate management with technical orientation or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience, for example in construction management, project management, technical real estate management, project development or on the client side Practical knowledge in the building industry and a good understanding of the technical context of existing properties Ability to analyze technical information and state data in a structured manner and to derive recommendations for action which can be economically and technically loaded therefrom Experience in managing external project participants as well as safe handling of costs, budgets and project key figures Analytical, structured and independent functioning as well as the ability to prepare complex technical issues in a comprehensible manner for different stakeholders Bundeswide readiness (max. 20%)
