As a function owner in the field of Global Modules, they are responsible for the realization of global standardized modules for the product range Photomaskensysteme. Creation, processing and maintenance of the Function Team Backlog

HW/SW Module Breakdown of the System Function/Part-Product in coordination with the Function Architect and the Systems Engineering

Coordination of dependencies to other teams and their system functions

Ensuring the quality and performance of development results

Priority of the team backlog taking into account product backlog requirements as well as options of system functions with respect to performance, time, cost and quality

Product Owner support in release planning, budget planning and risk management

Implementation of complex development tasks

a successfully completed min. 4-year university studies in a science/engineering field

many years of professional experience in the field of machine/system development in small series or Special plant construction

Know-how in the field of product development in special engineering and/or semiconductor industry

Experiences in the standardization of complex systems and ideally successes in the introduction of a modular product module in the industrial environment

Experience in agile project management, ideally already a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master certification

Experience in the management of teams, interfaces and external suppliers as well as in the management of a product backlog

Knowledge of software and tools for project and request management such as Azure DevOps, Polarion and Enterprise Architect
