You ensure compliance with working, health and environmental standards and develop them with an eye-catching and attention to operational requirements. You advise managers and employees in practice, conduct risk analyses and implement prevention measures. You develop and maintain management systems according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and ensure that You create real added value for the company. You analyze risks, incidents and key figures, guide improvements and accompany their implementation in the areas of expertise. You act as an interface between executives, employees and authorities and promote sustainable safety and environmental culture.

You have a technical or scientific study or a technical training completed and have a qualification as a specialist in occupational safety (SiFa). You have well-founded knowledge of working and environmental law as well as experience with management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Ideally, you have professional experience in an industrial environment. You think entrepreneurial, recognize interfaces and weigh requirements pragmatically against each other without losing the essential from the view. Communication strength, team capacity as well as the ability to win people for topics instead of simply managing them.
