Individually responsible preparation and implementation of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (national and EU-wide procedures) Defining the types of award and the award procedure on the basis of the performance priorities and the order value in relation to valid thresholds Creation of contract templates for construction, supply and service contracts as a single order and framework contract incl. Contract management Implementation of submissions and evaluations as well as announcement and provision of award documents, time-limit planning and their calculation, and creation of information, documentation, and contract documents

You have acquired an industrial studies (FH, Bachelor) or studies as a civil engineer:in/economic engineer:in or employee training II or by other means. You have a safe occurrence, are able to communicate and negotiate safe and targeted. You have good knowledge and experience in procurement law, UVgO, VOL/B, VGV, GWB or are willing to acquire them in the short term. You have good computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You are in possession of the license of class B (C / CE desirable).
