Working Student – Supplier Quality Management (m/f/d)

Keeping an eye on first pattern processes You support the verification of the initial pattern status of purchase parts in the SAP initial pattern tool and ensure that our database remains clean, up-to-date and comprehensible. Evaluation of quality documents When assessing initial sample documents, check them for completeness, plausibility and conformity You initiate operating activities such as sorting and reworking and ensure the complete documentation of the samples in SAP. coordinate sample levels You coordinate the different pattern levels, ensure clarity and overview of the respective status and ensure that information between the parties can flow smoothly and make decisions in time. Configure supplier communication You are contacting suppliers on quality-related topics, supporting the clarification of open points and contributing to the professional, solution-oriented and partnership-oriented design of the cooperation. Developing key figures and dashboards You take over the evaluation, monitoring and maintenance of the LCM dashboard, analyze relevant key figures and make sure that the results are comprehended in a comprehensible manner and that you create the basis for a sustainable and innovative supplier and quality management. Modernizing Reporting You'll opt for existing dashboards and help create new evaluations – ideally with tools like Tableau and Power BI – so that complex quality and process information can be clearly displayed and our teams can act data-based at Wilo.

Data-affiner degree course with technical understanding Studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economic Engineering, Digital Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a comparable data or IT-related course Alternatively: Study of Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering with focus on controlling, digitization, data analysis or business intelligence IT-fit and reporting You have a high IT and PC affinity and interest in creating and developing dashboards and reports Structured with fun data and quality Practical experience with Microsoft tools, especially Excel, as well as ideally Power BI and/or Tableau Team-oriented and communicative You are actively working on colleagues, working on the team and acting communicatively so that the cooperation with the Supplier Quality Management Team, the interfaces in production, process engineering, engineering and purchasing as well as our suppliers works smoothly. Good knowledge of German and English willingness to contribute actively to the tasks of Supplier Quality Management and to continuously learn and good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
