You are the first contact person for our tenants on site Your care of our apartments is essential to their maintenance Through your attentive and responsible action, you ensure cleanliness and order in your homes to be cared for You control and document the work of external service providers (equipment of external facilities, staircase cleaning, etc.) You will pass the rental hours You coordinate small repairs and maintenance measures Through visual and functional controls, You ensure the safety of transport within the residential areas You control the hire change process on site

You have completed vocational training and bring first experience in the care of real estate with You have technical and commercial understanding Service, customer and cost orientation are of course for you, as well as commitment, reliability and communicative skills You work responsibly and like to bring You have joy in working with people Class B licence is required
