Investor Relations Manager - Financial Communications / Capital Markets (m/f/d)

You communicate with all IR stakeholders, in particular you conduct dialogues with analyst:inside You are planning business analyses and corporate presentations on the quarterly and annual accounts, as well as IR presentations for roadshows and conferences You work with the production of quarterly and annual reports and ensure the mandatory publication of the group of companies You develop the equity story and organize as well as guide roadshows, conference participations, conference calls, general meetings or Capital Markets Days You build the IR database, care it, coordinate IR appointments and run Investor Targeting You act as an interface to other disciplines such as controlling, accounting, public relations and product management

You have a degree in an economic study with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting You bring first professional experience in a comparable position and have sound knowledge of financial reporting You have good knowledge of the accounting of listed companies as well as basic knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and regulatory requirements You show high commitment and initiative as well as resilience and team skills You own organizational talent, a competent appearance and communicative skills You have very good German and English skills as well as very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) You ideally have good knowledge of popular investor relations information systems (CRM, market data) and are ready to travel
