High-quality construction and planning projects in the field of replacement investment and the new construction of railway infrastructure await you. The regional focus of our projects lies in the south of Saxony and in the entire Lausitz. Your tasks: As a member of a project team, you are a project engineer:in charge of the project management of transport infrastructure projects focusing on general transport systems (upbuilding, civil engineering, road construction) and related construction services You are responsible for the projects from pre-planning to project completion taking into account the dates, costs and quality - you always have the most important success factors and risks in mind and develop, if necessary, counter-control measures You also take over the coordination of all project participants, including authorities, contractors:inside and other internal and external service providers:inside and third parties You will set up the tasks for planning and construction contracts and ensure that the feasibility studies, cost estimates and performance directories required for planning and construction contracts are carried out in time and in accordance with your task In doing so, you ensure the economic and correct use of funds in accordance with the financing rules and implement the contracts with project participants in technical and economic terms For the purpose of optimal project achievement, you work closely with all internal and external project participants as well as our stakeholders as a communication and organizational institution:inside and conduct a continuous dialogue with the planning offices, construction companies and authorities You also ensure compliance with the relevant laws, DB guidelines, the regulations of the Federal Railway Agency and the objectives of DB AG For quality data management in the documentation and control systems, you work with reports and key figures to assess target achievement and control

Your profile: You have a successfully completed technical/university study as a civil engineer:in with the focus of construction engineering, transport engineering, civil engineering or a comparable discipline Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in the planning, execution, construction monitoring or project management of transport infrastructure projects. The HOAI and the VOB are not unknown abbreviations for you and you have already gained experience in contract management With the usual software applications like MS Office you can easily handle and ideally you already know with project control tools or BIM planning methods You like to work in a project team based on results and goals - here you bring your structured work and a high degree of self-responsibility and commitment In addition, you are good at communicating your position respectfully even in challenging situations without losing sight of the needs of others You have a valid class B license
