Who are we? Around 16,000 people work in pastoral care, administration and social institutions and educational institutions at the Erzbistum München and Freising. As management, you relieve the head of the pastoral care units in administrative matters and are responsible for them. They are delegated to them in economic, structural and organizational matters by the head of the respective pastoral care unit. You will also lead and lead the employees of the respective household network and bear the responsibility that personnel, administrative and financial tasks will be handled and implemented properly.

What do you expect?

• They lead the church foundations legally secure as the institution of the parishes and develop economic and organizational perspectives for the church foundations or the household network.

Through a targeted-sach-oriented interface management with the pastoral care workers and the departments in the EOM and the EFK, you ensure that the church administrations meet the ecclesiastical and state regulations for a conscientious and economic management of the church foundation capacity, the concern for the satisfaction of the local church needs and the completion of the tasks otherwise assigned to the church foundation from the church foundation order.
• You are responsible for the management of the employees in the household network as well as their personnel planning, selection and development.
• You control church construction and real estate management on site in the household network.
