Project Manager Building Technology | HVAC (m/f/d)

Projects control: You plan, process and develop challenging TGA/SHK projects independently – from technical planning to successful handover.

Responsibility: You have costs, quality and appointments at any time and ensure that your projects are successfully implemented technically and economically.

Customers advise: You are a contact person for our customers, understand their requirements and develop suitable technical solutions together with them.

Create offers: You create and process offers and combine your technical know-how with a good economic understanding.

Coordinate subcontractors: You conduct contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers and ensure that services, quality and conditions are in line.

Technology in control: Your focus is on the SHK technology – especially in heating, sanitation and climate. Ideally, you also bring knowledge in the field of ventilation technology.

Complete projects cleanly: You are coordinating the deficiencies and ensuring complete and professional project documentation.

Training: You are master, technician or engineer in the field of building technology, utility technology, TGA or a comparable technical field.

Project management: You bring first experience in the independent execution of TGA/SHK projects and you know what costs, quality and dates are.

SHK-Know-how: Heating, sanitation and climate are safe. Knowledge of ventilation is a plus.

Technical understanding: You are familiar with technical relationships – ideally also with the dimensioning of pipelines, the design of units as well as components such as pumps, mixers and energy generators and with hydraulic circuits.

Regulations: The relevant DIN and VDI regulations are familiar to you and you can safely apply them in practice.

Practical orientation: You're a grounded maker, grab yourself and look for solutions instead of problems.

Responsibility: You work independently, keep track of larger projects and meet decisions when asked.

Communication: You can share with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and colleagues at eye level and bring negotiation skills.

Remuneration: 70.000 to 85,000 € annual salary for 12 salaries plus additional premium and personal vehicle.

Work-Life-Balance: 40 hours a week, 30 days a holiday and a fair meeting ensure a working day where regular overtime is not the rule.

Regionality: Over-regional projects with about one night per week, otherwise you will be home after evening.
