In cooperation with the rehabilitation centres and the external contract institutions, we take responsibility for a consistently good quality of rehabilitation and its further development.

Employers advise on all questions of our company service, business integration management and basic information about the company's health management Advise and decide on the prevention services of pension insurance providers as well as on-site acquisition of training offers in cooperation with other institutions Networking and active cooperation with other social security institutions, rehabilitation advisory services and prevention facilities Organizing and conducting regional network meetings and information events, together with cooperation partners Preparing and holding lectures and presentations of the company service offer of the DRV Bund at regional events (e.g. conferences and fairs) Working in cross-member work and project groups and model projects with other social security institutions The activity involves regular missions. At the beginning of the activity, the incorporation takes place with partial presence phases in Berlin.

You have completed university education (Bachelor, Diplom-FH) in the field of social security, health management, rehabilitation education, social education, social work or comparable content, or a comparable qualification (for example, social security specialist*in) or as a specialist in occupational health management or completed vocational training with several years of current job-relevant professional experience in the field of health prevention and/or rehabilitation You have current knowledge of the legal foundations of occupational health and integration management as well as the benefits of prevention and participation Their work is characterised by a high degree of self-organization, self-initiative, active networking and customer orientation You have a class B driving licence and the willingness to carry out the private car for service purposes as well as the willingness to travel regularly It is necessary to establish residence within its own area of competence (in a radius of 90 km to the place of employment).
