In your working day: Total wage and salary billing: You carry out the production of the monthly fee billing for a defined employee base independently and in time, thereby ensuring the highest quality. In doing so, apply all tax and social insurance regulations and comply with these.

System maintenance: The processing of entries and exits as well as changes in the employment relationship will be ensured by you, taking into account all tariff, operational and individual agreements.

Reporting and certification: Communication with sickness and maternity insurance funds, social security institutions and the tax office is one of your tasks. You will also create annual reports, proofs and certificates for employees.

Special topics: The processing of allowances and occupational pensions is your responsibility.

Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues in HR administration to generate a smooth running of the entire staff work.

You have several years of experience in the creation of wage and salary bills. Your basis is a completed commercial training with further training to the payroll holder (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Your safe handling of pay tax and social security rights allows you to work out complex issues. You are ready to go deep because you think Payroll beyond the pure payroll. Furthermore, you have basic knowledge of labour law. You work routined with popular payroll accounting software (P&I LOGA and/or SAP). Their working methods are independent, structured, careful and timely and have a high degree of self-responsibility.
