Manager CSR (m/f/d)

CSR consulting: You take an advisory role in all CSR topics and communicate directly with internal specialist departments, external service providers, our procurement offices and international suppliers. Certification & Audits: You prepare the annual OCS/RCS certification of IB Company GmbH & Co. KG and reliably supports the entire audit process. Testing & laboratory work: You work closely with test laboratories, such as pollutant testing, care checks or evaluation of test reports, and ensure that all requirements are met Input & Control: You release the certified goods receipt, control the processes, tune with the logistics and continuously optimize the associated processes. Sustainability & Responsibility: You support various tasks in the field of sustainability and actively participate in the implementation of the requirements of the Supply Chain Care Folding Code. Documentation & Bookings: You check and book all relevant documents and invoices, such as test laboratories or care checks, and keep all information clean and comprehensible.

Your path of education: You have successfully completed your studies in economics, textile technology or comparable training and want to contribute your expertise in a targeted way. Your strengths: You work analytically, organized and process-oriented. You are sure to go with MS Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint and experience with goods management systems such as SAP are of advantage. Your profile: You bring at least two years of experience in the field of CSR, Sustainability, Merchandising, Supply Chain or a similar environment, ideally in the industry. You communicate fluently in German and very well in English and feel comfortable in a dynamic working environment
