Group Management Mechanical Design (m/f/d)

You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership for a medium-sized team in the construction. In this function, the creation of resource and timetables as well as the execution of regular employee and assessment talks as well as the incorporation, instruction and training of employees including detailed instructions and audit of earnings In addition, you are responsible for the development of medium and larger complex plant and machine concepts, the development and testing of structural detail solutions with the associated calculations and the production of all documents, such as drawings or pneumatic plans. You are leading the construction of assemblies and entire complex machines, taking into account that the standards, guidelines and regulations are guaranteed. Finally, you work closely with interfaces (internal & external), specialist departments, project lines and field lines across the segment.

You have completed your mechanical engineering studies (FH or HS) with a focus on engineering. You will also be very happy to bring comparable qualifications in combination with corresponding professional experience in the development of special machinery plants. In doing so, you will delight us with your sound knowledge in CAD (AutoCAD 2D; Solid Works, CATIA V5). Through your experience as a goal-oriented and cooperative leader, you can simultaneously delegate tasks as a team player and motivate your employees. As an organizational institution, you will shine through your solution-oriented working, planning and conceptual skills as well as your very good communication (in German and English) with internal & external contacts. We require the readiness (inter) to travel nationally and the solid handling of the current MS Office applications.
