We are looking for “specialists (m/w/d) for care and integration SGB IX” in the special housing forms (BWF) Reichenau, Allensbach, Radolfzell as well as for assistance services in their own housing and social space (AWS) for chronically mentally ill persons. Treatment care SGB IX and individual assistance from chronic mentally ill patients based on ICF Everyday practice and participation-oriented support, skills training and crisis interventions Reference management, overall planning, documentation and reporting Instruction of assistants, taking over Layer management and organizational tasks Shift work

Completed three-year training in health or social matters or studies Knowledge of psychiatric diseases and their impact on participation Competences in the fields of communication and cooperation Professional design of long-term relationship processes driving licence class B
