The ROM branch Kiel consists of currently around 60 employees with the focus on maintenance and maintenance of the technical building equipment as well as the implementation of new construction and renovation projects – mainly for industrial and pharmaceutical companies. Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Monitoring and control of running service, maintenance and repair orders with regard to costs, performance, appointments and billing status Creation and maintenance of overviews on order stocks, open performances and billing potentials Analysis of cost developments, cover contributions and the cost-effectiveness of individual orders and customers Support of service management in the monthly performance, earnings and budget assessment Tracking of maintenance appointments, maintenance completions, documentation and detection and processing of defects Participation in the optimization of processes, processes and controlling instruments in the service area Close cooperation with our service management, order management, commercial department and service technicians Creation of offers and billing of our service orders and small projects Processing of orders from materials/subcontractors Testing and processing of supplier invoices

Successfully completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/w/d), wholesale and foreign trade management (m/w/d) or comparable Knowledge in building technology or the technical service environment would be advantageous, but no prerequisite Low professional experience in service controlling, order management or in a comparable commercial function Safe handling of Microsoft 365, especially Excel Structured, analytical and independent working methods High numerical affinity and pleasure in the evaluation and processing of data Experience in handling ERP, service or maintenance management systems Communication strength and a careful and solution-oriented approach Positive attitude and team spirit Driving licence class B would be desirable, but no condition
