As a Stiftsdirektion you carry the independent management and strategic further development of a renowned institution with approx. 150 apartments, 170 inhabitants and around 115 employees. Leadership culture: You lead the house to a structured, delegating leadership culture and strengthen employee engagement, self-responsibility and attentive service orientation in the team. Economic responsibility: You control the location with an annual turnover of about 9 million. EUR and are responsible for the utilisation of the core services, outpatient in-house care and day care. Network work: You represent KWA to residents, relatives and interested parties as well as to external stakeholders. You actively maintain and develop the municipal network as well as cooperation with partners from culture and business. Project management: You accompany the continuous structural and conceptual development of the house in close coordination with the KWA specialist departments and contribute with their expertise to projects at Group level. Committee work: You work together trustfully and effectively, in particular with the local council and the works council.

We are looking for a strong, listening and experienced leader with clear target orientation and the sense of a good host. Qualification: You have a solid degree, ideally with a social or economic background. Experience: You have leadership experience, ideally in a medium-sized and social environment. You navigate sovereignly in a complex matrix organization, have experiences with co-determination bodies and have the ability to conduct non-discipline employees. Care professional knowledge is an advantage, but no compelling requirement. Personality: You combine human approach, a pronounced service orientation and attentive hostility with commercial consciousness. Dealing with older and partially nursing people will give you pleasure. You communicate humanly, but clearly. You can say ‘no’, if it requires the situation, and are able to establish a modern leadership culture as a positive example. Profile: You are ideally well connected and bring the sovereignty to represent an established institution in a challenging market environment.
