You will be the manager in a dynamic, project-related department, with a wide range of tasks ranging from the initial operation of plants and equipment in the complex Uboot product, seafaring, documentation and technical training. You lead the highly qualified group OTE - 'Operation and Submarine Training Electric', whose members are represented by a pronounced 'Hands-on''- A mentality as well as a solution-oriented mode of operation are distinguished, professional and disciplinary. With your group, you are responsible for the following tasks: performing commissioning and port checks on tkMS products, preparation and execution of training for boaters, both in classroom and on board or in workshop, positions of the maintenance and watch group on board the Uboots in the port, bodies of appropriate personnel for the marine testing of submarines and, where necessary, for operation, repair and seafaring of tkMS-own vessels and boats. You define the basic functioning of your employees and have the legal requirements in mind depending on the application.

You can prove a technical or scientific study or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in the field of commissioning, seafaring or technical training. You have detectable experience in the leadership and development of employees. If possible, you have trainings or certificates according to STCW 95. You have a comprehensive understanding in the field of commissioning electrical systems and devices as well as in the operation of corresponding systems. Active interface management and work in interdisciplinary teams is one of your strengths. Ideally, you have a reference to military seafaring, preferably in the area of submarines or underwater systems. Extensive knowledge in the field of technical systems as well as their complex relationships in the field of shipbuilding complete your profile.
