a very good university degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable qualification

comprehensive knowledge of relevant mechatronics disciplines (actuatorics, sensor technology, control technology, dynamics, thermal)

an independent and systematic approach and very good organizational and communicative skills

Teamability, enforcement ability and a high level of commitment and performance

very good English knowledge of word and writing
