Coordination of the placement of guests according to reservations and current urge, so that everything runs smoothly. Responsibility for cleanliness, an appealing setup and the feel-good atmosphere in the reception and waiting area. Information of guests about menu options, special offers and upcoming events – you are the first source of inspiration. Consumption of reservations, maintenance of reservation lists and efficient management of the table plan. Support of the service staff if needed to ensure a perfect run between the kitchen and the guests.
