• Monitor the stocks of consumables, furniture and spare parts independently and ensure the timely reorder.
• Organize the entire flow of goods from receipt of goods, professional storage and regular damage inspection.
• Accompanying and co-ordinating after-contracting on the premises and acting as a reliable contact person in daily operation.
• Document all goods movements and stocks in the ERP system (e.g. Navision) for maximum transparency and traceability.
• bills of complaints based on solutions and contribute to the rapid problem solving.
• ️ Take responsibility for the furniture stock and inventory as a conscientious inventory manager (m/w/d). Your profile
• You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area or a technical background.
• You bring experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus) and secure MS Office knowledge.
• Technical understanding of drawings and storage processes is obvious to you.
• Ideally you have a fork certificate.
• A structured, reliable and self-responsive way of working distinguishes you – even in turbulent situations.
• You're a team player with an engagement and convince by your clear communication in German (very good) and English (min. B2). You can look forward to this:
