As a Global Continuous Improvement Manager (m|w|d), you take responsibility for global initiatives to reduce quality-related costs and change costs. You lead international teams, implement best practices and promote structured problem solving and Lessons Learned processes worldwide. Your duties Development and implementation of a global CI roadmap in line with quality and business objectives. Establishing and maintaining global standards for CI methods focusing on 8D problem solution and Lessons Learned. Monitoring and reporting on CI performance indicators, including quality and change costs. Leadership and further development of a team of regional CI managers, promotion of cooperation and knowledge sharing. Coaching and training of regional teams to strengthen skills in structured problem solving and root-cause analyses. Control global 8D projects and ensure effective corrective and preventive measures. Implementation of systematic Lessons Learned Processes to Avoid Repetition Errors and Improve Process Nobility. Identification and implementation of cost reduction potentials related to quality and engineering changes. Cooperation with Quality, Engineering and Operations to integrate CI principles into daily processes. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence as a change agent. Your profile completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in engineering, quality management or a comparable field; Master degree of advantage. At least 8–10 years of professional experience in quality and CI functions, of which at least 3 years in a global or multiregional leadership position. Funded knowledge in 8D methodology, Lessons Learned processes, Lean and Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred). Detectable successes in managing large-scale CI initiatives and achieving measurable cost reductions.
