Organisation of the Material Management, Warehousing and Logistics Division Ensuring timely delivery and supply of production materials Responsibility for the preparation and implementation of the inventory Optimization of the packaging process and shipping Coordination with forwarding and negotiations with transport companies consignment and export declaration, customs processing and import from Asia, India and UK Creation of goods exit accounts, Intrastat notifications and receivables Creation and monitoring of KPI in the field of logistics and storage Creation and maintenance of AFO piece lists as well as recording and maintenance of master data Training of employees on packaging regulations and quality requirements of customers Active cooperation in the continuous improvement process

Complete vocational training, preferably with focus on logistics or controlling Founded professional practice in (international) logistics with focus on warehouse management, distribution and customs Embossed holistic process understanding as well as excellent knowledge of logistics processes, concepts, methods and tools Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Structured and independent operation Flexibility and organisational skills Safe appearance, good communicative skills and enforcement ability Confidence with quality-oriented working methods according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage
