To strengthen our product management team at our headquarters in Münster we are looking for you as:

You are responsible for product management in the area of tools and painter accessories over the entire product life cycle (product development, market launch, product modification and product elimination). For the successful care and strategic further development of your product portfolio, you will continuously analyze markets, trends and customer needs. Technological developments keep you in mind and derive innovative new products. You work closely with purchasing, research & development and other technical departments. In addition, you are responsible for the sales and contribution development of your product portfolio. The creation of product requirements (load and obligation specifications), business cases and cost-effectiveness analyses are also part of your task. You act as an active link between product management and sales. You will also accompany seminars and product trainings. A professional supplier management completes your responsibility area.

You will enjoy the further development of the product portfolio you provide and experience in the areas of tools, machine technology or other technical products. You have completed their studies in a technical field or several years of experience in technical product management, ideally in the colour industry. Furthermore, you have experience in the development of new products from the idea to the successful market launch and bring a strong expertise. Technical understanding combined with analytical and conceptual thinking distinguishes your working methods. You convince by team skills, strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, analytical approach. A secure handling of suppliers and the necessary enforcement capacity complete your profile.
