Own implementation of the monthly pay bill for a defined group of employees Maintenance and management of personal master data as well as accounting-relevant movement data Processing of entry and exits, changes in the contract and mistakes Assessment and implementation of tax and social insurance law Communication with health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities Compilation of certificates and notifications and monitoring of audits (e.g. pay tax and social security checks) Contact person for employees and managers in billing-relevant questions Participation in the further development and optimization of billing processes

Completed commercial training, ideally with training in the field of pay billing or personnel Finded professional experience in payroll accounting Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Safe handling of common billing programs (Kidicap or comparable systems) and MS Office Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Discretion and sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data Teamability and strong service orientation
