Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) In this challenging position, you will report directly to the member of the Executive Board responsible and actively participate in the continuous expansion of the sales department of Sparkasse Heidelberg. As a human and professionally convincing personality, you contribute to the success of the Sparkasse with your commitment and your entrepreneurial approach. Your tasks: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a qualified team with more than 20 employees and promote a performance-oriented and future-oriented work culture. You are responsible for the economic result, the achievement of the objectives and the consistent implementation of the advisory strategy. You actively shape the strategic orientation of private banking and initiate impulses for offering and process optimization. You represent the private banking visibly within and outside the savings banks, take over public work and build networks. You ensure the holistic and demand-oriented consulting and support of the customers of your sales unit and use targeted acquisition and new customer acquisition measures. As part of our foundation management, you are responsible for managing the assets of our foundation. Your profile – let us inspire you: You bring a successful conclusion as a banking business operator (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification and ideally have a certification as a financial consultant (m/w/d). You have several years of experience in the holistic consulting of wealthy customers and customers and have sound knowledge in the securities business as well as generation management. First experiences as leadership are of advantage. You are convinced by your motivating personality and a leadership style that focuses on trust, open communication and targeted further development of your employees.
