As motivated:r, detail-oriented:r Senior Finance Manager:in (m/w/d), you have the chance to take a central role in our company and to shape the future of rapidmail and MAILINGWORK. You have free hand to optimize the processes of your area in such a way that they facilitate the work of all. Responsibility for financial and accounting with direct line to management and Group Positive CFO. Optimizing accounting processes and ensuring accounting standards. Management of all business accounts and creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for internal and external stakeholders. Creating analyses and forecasts, such as cash flow and liquidity forecasts, in cooperation with our data team. Monitoring and control of the budget process and continuous optimization of financial planning. Responsibility for open posts and dunning along with our external partner. Close cooperation with tax advisors, auditors, banks and other stakeholders. Identification of optimization potentials and implementation of efficient financial processes.

You bring at least six years of professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in an internationally operating company. You have a very good understanding of accounting, reporting, cash flow management and budgeting. You are safe in handling ERP & accounting systems and have very good Excel or Google Sheets knowledge. You bring a high degree of analytical thinking with you and have a quick understanding paired with a hand-on mentality. You have a conscientious and independent way of working, supplemented by entrepreneurial vision. Project management is a welcome tool for work facilitation and restructuring. You show self-initiative and communication strength and the ability to prepare financial topics for different stakeholders in a comprehensible way. You have already gained first experience in the field of staff management of a junior employee or you want to develop in the area. You speak German and English fluently as these are our corporate languages.
