Then come as reinforcement for our growing e-commerce business in our Customer & Consumer Service Team.

As a central point of contact for our online shop customer base, you can provide first-class customer service through all digital contact points You take care of our online marketplaces and shops with direct, solution-oriented communication to the end customer With your technical understanding, you professionally process service and part-related end customer requests in the ticket system (Zendesk) and keeps a cool head even in escalation cases As a valuable team member, you actively support the e-commerce team in strategic support, continuous optimization and innovative further development of our online shop Your proactive commitment to the dynamic daily business contributes significantly to the smooth running of our e-commerce activities Monitoring and coordination of the entire ordering and delivery process – from order to delivery Communication with customers: inside via digital channels (e-mail, chat, telephone) to orders, delivery status, complaints and returns Close coordination with logistics service providers, shipping partners and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing Support in optimizing e-commerce processes and developing our online channels

Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on e-commerce, wholesale and foreign trade or comparable Practical experience in dealing with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces or shop systems Safe handling of goods management systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office Embossed customer orientation and communication strength – also in the digital environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, solution-oriented working and pleasure in team work Interest in digital trends and e-commerce processes
