You support the CFO and personally liable shareholders in strategic, commercial and organizational questions - content and operational. You prepare decision bases, management reports and presentations for the management and committees, structure them and prepare them. You analyze key figures, business cases and investment projects and evaluate growth, internationalisation and efficiency programs. You are actively involved in strategic projects in finance, controlling, purchasing, supply chain and working capital. As part of cross-division initiatives, you control and coordinate interfaces between holding, national units, international companies and central functions. You accompany M&A, cooperation and restructuring projects from a commercial perspective. You ensure a smooth flow of information between CFO and relevant stakeholders and develop decision-making processes.

You have an excellent master's degree in economics, industrial engineering, finance, strategy or a comparable discipline. You bring multi-annual relevant professional experience into strategy, corporate development, advice or comparable functions – also with consulting background in a renowned strategy consulting. Its distinctive number and analysis affinity allows you to safely handle complex financial and strategic issues. Experience abroad (study, profession or projects in international context) completes your profile. We require very good German knowledge (at least C1) and English knowledge (at least C1) in word and writing.
