Team Leader Paint Shop / Surface Coating (m/f/d)

For an internationally active company in machine and special plant construction at the Salzgitter site. In the paint shop and surface coating, demanding assemblies are manufactured for industrial applications. You play a key role between production, quality and leadership and ensure that processes run clean, safe and economical.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Operation planning and production control Ensuring quality requirements (layer thicknesses, climate, testing, documentation) Organisation of the coating material storage including Hazardous substances and stocks Procurement of paints and auxiliaries Responsibility for maintenance and maintenance of plants Implementation of work, environmental and safety requirements Analysis of key figures and derivation of improvements Close cooperation with adjacent areas Implementation of risk assessments and safeguards

Master or technician degree in industrial lacquering Multiannual experience in surface coating Leadership experience or motivation for further development Very good knowledge of 1K and 2K layers, sandblasting, masking Safe handling of standards and safety requirements Structured, reliable operation Team skills and hands-on mentality MS Office and ERP systems English knowledge of advantage Forklift, crane or climbing license desirable
