As a service association of the parishes in the Diocese of Essen, we ensure financial accounting, house and property administration, as well as the salary bill for the 40 parishes in the Diocese of Essen. Annual accounts: Compilation of annual accounts folders, delimitations, provisions, value adjustments Design and optimization of workflows Conceptual work, master data management, accounting and evaluations (Bilanzen, GuV) Implementation of tax affairs Advice on administrative and material management Annual accounts with the management and the Belgian Generalvikariat Investment accounting Ensuring uniform working methods

Study of the business economy (Bachelor) or a completed training as a tax specialist with corresponding further training on the balance sheet holder Very good current professional experience in finance Self-employment and high team capacity (team of 9 account holders) a pronounced social competence including high communication and cooperation capability and service-oriented thinking and action high readiness to work quickly and comprehensively into the financial accounting programs used here (DATEV) Willingness to provide training
