You enter an assigned customer base and manage the development of customer relationships You are the contact person of customers and network partners for national parcel transport The contact also goes proactively from you You monitor the shipments and schedules and give feedback to your customers In doing so, you clarify supplier obstacles and process complaints You prepare the order data in our forwarding programs for a smooth billing Self-responsibly check the billing in electronic clearing programs and process invoice complaints In addition, the receivable management (Cash Collection) and the damage collection are part of your task In short, you are the essential interface between our customers and ravens

Ideally, you have completed a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or can demonstrate a comparable qualification You can already present first professional experience in the direct forwarding environment You bring knowledge of German and good English with you A high level of commitment and team player mentality are your strengths A pronounced communication capability, a good expression and a sovereign occurrence supplement Your profile
