Independent implementation of the therapy within the scope of the measure Active participation in the concept and team development process Close cooperation in the multi-professional treatment team under dual leadership (Oberarzt und pflegerischeleitung) Close cooperation with the relatives and the social environment of patients Conducting test psychological investigations and psychological diagnostics

Successfully completed studies (master or diploma) in psychology Advanced or completed training in psychotherapy is a plus Interest in forensic-psychological questions (also reviewing activities) Pre-experience and readiness to work with acute psychiatric patients in stationary settings Psychological expertise in psychodiagnostic procedures Valuable, human attitude High independence and responsibility Willingness to cooperate closely in the multi-professional therapeutic team Flexibility, especially in the case of representation Openness for changes, new methods and concepts Social competence, empathy, resilience, team and conflict skills and ability to professionally design therapeutic relationships Good German knowledge Detection of a sufficient protection against grains, if necessary Detection of immunity against measles (if you are born after 31.12.1970)
