You can work fully remote or optionally in our sensational hailoft in Osnabrück. For important meetings you should be on site about 1-2 times in the quarter for one to two days in Osnabrück.

Together with the team, you control external customer service providers as part of customer projects and work closely with them. You support the development, implementation and further development of customer service strategies and actively promote ideas for improvement. You take over the monitoring of performance indicators and help to classify and improve results. You are aware that quality standards and customer guidelines as well as internal guidelines are complied with. You keep KPIs in mind and make sure that quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction are right. You analyze customer feedback, recognize patterns and conduct optimization potentials.

You have a commercial study or a comparable qualification You could already gain first practical experience in the call center or customer service environment – ideally in cooperation with external service providers You bring a basic understanding of contact center processes in the customer service environment You think analytically, communicate clearly and convince with your own initiative as well as a solution-oriented hands-on mentality You have already worked with CRM and Callcenter systems and are happy to work in new tools You are a team player and communicate in German and fluent in English
