Maintenance of the production facilities of plants, machines and production aids by means of an application corresponding to the legislation and care, proper maintenance and preventive maintenance in the colour mixing area Development of problem solutions and preparation of new projects in cooperation with the other areas of painting and the paint industry Development, planning and implementation of Kaizen projects in the relevant field and support in the broad areas of painting Implementation of series testing under the test regulations Develop and implement cost-effective measures Support and use of the continuous improvement process Specialized and informal guidance of the subordinate groups Continuous qualification and promotion of employees Responsible for the order and cleanliness of the areas used

Multiannual professional experience in painting Good paint technology knowledge, including in terms of processes in paint systems Knowledge of labour law, business and safety Know-how in modern quality management Experience in personnel management Reliability, reliability, time, cost and quality Experience in handling MS Office SAP knowledge
