Deputy Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Organisation of production personnel in shift operation, including professional and disciplinary leadership and motivation of the team Ensuring scheduled, volume and quality order processing Detection, analysis and elimination of malfunctions in tools, machines and devices Creation of shift and holiday plans Monitoring the incorporation of new employees and ensuring the level of qualifications in the field Implementation of fault analyses and initiation of appropriate corrective measures Instruction of new and existing employees Implementation of employee talks and performance assessments Compliance and monitoring of all safety-relevant regulations Ensuring order and cleanliness in production Participation in CS and 5S actions

Master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as a shift manager (m/w/d) or inverter (m/w/d) Experience with modern machine controls (Arburg, Netstal, Demag-Sumitomo) of advantage Detectional experience in employee management Ready for shiftwork – even on weekends and holidays Reliability, readiness and enforcement Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Outlook etc. Embossed technical understanding and systematic thinking
