Recruiter (m/f/d)

You take over the recruitment of specialists and executives as well as the independent control of the recruitment process You are aware of the application documents, conduct interviews and take over the organisation and implementation of applicant days You examine the professional qualifications and suitability of candidates You are co-responsible for the management, operation control and motivation of our temporary workers

You have completed vocational training (technical or technical) or a degree (uni/FH/BA) You look back at at at least 3 years of professional experience; very happy in the staff service You are communicative, flexible, result-oriented and team-capable You like to work with people and have a strong negotiating skills You are owned by a valid driving permit (class B) and also have good computer skills
