This is expected In this newly created position you are the central interface between the departments and IT. You report directly to the CIO and connect two worlds: You identify and coordinate potentials and actively participate in their implementation. In the technical realization, you work closely with another team member who implements the more technical topics. Detecting potentials: You conduct workshops with our departments to identify, evaluate and prioritize applications. Bringing people: You develop our employees and bring them to AI and automation topics to build expertise and acceptance in the company. Coordinate ideas: you collect, structure and control digitalization and AI topics and keep an overview of progress. Designing solutions: You are actively working on the implementation – from automation with Microsoft Power Automate (and possibly Power Apps) to the practical use of AI tools. Developing our AI: you use and design our own AI platform “Georg” (Open WebUI and LiteLLM) as well as other external tools. International support: You also accompany our foreign subsidiaries in digitization and AI topics.

This will bring you Complete studies in the field of business information technology / computer science or comparable training with a focus on digitization, process management or IT. Enthusiasm for digitalization and artificial intelligence as well as the ability to convey technical topics in a comprehensible manner. First experiences with automation and low-code tools, ideally Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps – Professional starters (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with well-founded basic knowledge and readiness to learn are welcome as well as experienced professionals (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). Communication strength and joy to moderate workshops and train colleagues. An independent, structured and solution-oriented method. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, as you work closely with our international locations. .
